Helen Twelvetrees (with Virginia Bruce) in an elegant, yet simple, satin evening gown designed by Dolly Tree in Times Square Lady (1935). The cross-banded bodice was clearly a style theme that Dolly Tree was using at the time as it was also seen in the gown for Betty Furness from Shadow of Doubt, (1935)
