Barbara Cartland - Novelist
Barbara Cartland (1901-2000) - English romantic novelist. She also wrote non-fiction, including several biographies. She holds the Guiness World Record for the most novels written in a single year (23 in 1983). Seen here in her office with two of the secretaries to whom she dictated her novels. The pictures on the wall are probably cover designs for her books
