Iversky Gate and Iverskaya Chapel, Moscow, Russia
View of the Iversky Gate and Iverskaya (or Iveron) Chapel, Moscow, Russia, with the Moscow City Hall on the left. The Iversky Gate is the main entrance into Red Square, at the north western end. The chapel was built in the 17th century to house an icon. The gate and chapel were destroyed in 1931 to allow large vehicles to enter Red Square during military parades, but both gate and chapel were rebuilt in the 1990s
