Matilda Kshesinskaya, Russian prima ballerina
Matilda Kshesinskaya (or Mathilde Kschessinska, 1872-1971), Russian prima ballerina and later ballet teacher. For a time she was mistress to the future Tsar Nicolai II. She moved to France and married one of the Tsar's cousins in Paris in 1921
