Manuel Gonzalez enters his coffin in the parish of Santa Marta de Ribaterme, in Galicia northern Spain. Having been diagnosed with a week to live due to stomach cancer he made a miraculous recovery last year. Having made a vow that if he should recover he would go to mass in a coffin carried by his friends on the Saints day of Santa Marta - as is the custom in the tiny village on the 29th July every year
