Silvana Mangano, the Italian film star, who is expecting a baby in February, gave a birthday party to her eldest daughter, Veronica, on her fifth birthday, at her home in Rome. The party was a gay affair for Veronica and her three -year old sister, Raffaella, who invited their little friends.
