Harry Fowler the Cockney newspaper seller who found fame as a film and television actor - was to be seen yesterday with 19 year old Kay Palmer - daughter of a Dorset veterinary surgeon. They plan to marry before the end of the yera. Harry claims that Kay helped him to get back on his feet - when he took to drink after his wife actress Joan Dowling committed suicide five years ago.
