Dec. 12, 1956 - William Holden Attends Reception in Tokyo. Hollywood film star, William Holden attended a reception given in his honour at the Foreign Correspondents Club in Tokyo recently. He was enroute to Colombo, Ceylon, to play a major role in Columbia Films The Bridge on the River Kwai, which will be filmed entirely in Ceylon. He is seen here with the lovely Japanese film star Keiko Kishi, who was the winner of the best actress award at the Asian Film Festival in Singapore, for her performance in The Refugee'. She recently co starred with Jean Marais in a Franco Japanese joint film Spring in Nebraska'. They are shown looking at a miniature of Mt. Fuji carved from ice
