Dec. 12, 1957 - The girl friend marries her boy friend: 24-year old Jean Bayless, who portrayed the Girl Friend, in The Boy Friend in America for two years, today married her real life Boy friend, David Johnson, 36-year old company director from Birmingham - at the Chelsea Registry Office. They met when Jean portrayed Principal Girl in Birmingham three years ago, on a blind date. She has been given one day off for her honeymoon from rehearsals for Tuesday's ITV The Jubilee Show Photo shows the bride who didn't want her husband-t-be to see her before the ceremony. When she arrived, she spotted him also arriving - and in other that he shouldn't see her, dodged into an office door, round which she is seen peering
