Jul. 07, 1958 - Wrens take part in Comedy film.: A party of members of the Women's Royal Naval Service, seen marching across the airfield at the lee-on-Solent air station yesterday, during a scene for the new British comedy film Further Up the Creek'. The scene called for the slipstream from a jet engine to blow the uniforms off - but the real Wrens were not used for this - their places were taken by young models
