Claims He Cannot Remember His Lines - After Accident: Actor 47 year old Joseph Tomelty appeared at the High Court yesterday - where he is suing two car drivers - claiming damages. He was the passenger in the car of one of the drivers when it was involved in a collision with another car at Stanmore, Mid lesex in April 1955. as a result of which he claims he cannot remember his lines; and can only play parts of drunks etc. as he cannot control his emotions.
