Mar. 27 Rod Steiger Undergoes Sex Change: Considered on of Hollywood's most masculine personalities, actor Rod Steiger has undergone a sex change operation. Performed at the hands of top studio makeup men the project involved a major cosmetic operation on the actor's face plus the addition of a special red haired wig. The costume department completed the change over from male to female with a stylish black and green cotton dress.
