May 15, 1964 - Dino De Laurenttis production The Bible, most ambitioue picture ever conceived is finally before the cameras, in the Garden of Eden; but the gates of the Paradise are closed and the set is guarded by Police. Director Johnn Huston and Producer De Laurentiis decided to close the set because of the intimacy of the scenes and also because the Garden of Eden as re-created by arts director should be seen only on the screen and in Technicolor. The Garden of Eden has been re-created on a site thirty miles from Rome. Michael Parks is Adam and Eve is being played by Ulla Bergryd 19 year old swedish student of anthropology
