In search of Gregory, a sophisticated romantic comedy, stars Julie Christie as Catherine, a sensuous and independent beauty, with Michael Sarrazin in the title role as Gregory, the exclusive young American to whom she is magnetically attracted, and John Hurt as Daniel, her strange and recluse young brother who is determined that her search shall be in vain. The Italian cast of this Universal/Vic/Vera Anglo-Italian co-production is headed by Adplfo Celi as Catherine's playboy financier father and Paola Pitagora as Nicole, her young and beautiful prospective step-mother.
