Feb. 28 Frank Sinatra -Robert Merrill Gala Benefit: That Old Sinatra magic is at work again! For one evening, Wednesday, April27th, the marquee of the Waldorf-Astoria Park Avenue entrance will be covered with a banner proclaiming it Frank's Place, a real Italian trattoria where a gala party, hosted by Gov. Hugh Carey, will be held after the Frank Sinatra Robert Merrill concert at Carnegie Hall for the benefit of Lenox Hill Hospital and the Institute of Sport Medicine. The marks the second time the Waldorf's Park Avenue entrance has ever been closed for a special event
