Mar. 31 Double Trouble For Rona. There were never any difficulties when Rona Newton-John wanted work as a model - or in television commercials. But she's always found it hard to come by parts as a serious actress. It's her double that's causing her all the trouble, though. For her double is the already well-established star Vanessa Redgrave - and producers have always been a little wary of offering parts to Rona, because of her likeness to Vanessa. But at last Rome's broken the jinx - for she's just been signed up by Oakhurst Productions to star in Where's jack with Stanley Baker. The film will begin production in Ireland in June, with Rona playing the part of Countess Bethuna. Rona Newton-John will play her first starring role in Oakhurst Production's Where's Jack, which will go into production in June
