May 08, 1960 - Pamela to appear in new TV series: Pamela Franklin is what is known as a rising star of show business. At 16 she has appeared on the screen with Bette Davis, has been nominated for an American television award. Her first television series is called Quick before they catch Us. It starts on BCC-1 tomottow (May 7). Pamela (5ft. tall and a neighbour, almost, of the Macmillans in Chelwood gate, Sussex)plays the girl member of a gang og rather pleasant teenagers in London.
