Sep. 17, 1960 - Italian starlet Sylvia Sorrente, who arrived in Paris a few days ago where she would have started filming Louis Felix's movie The Play-Boys beside Beatrice Altariba, tried to commit suicide. She was discovered lifeless in a hotel room on Quai Bourbon. She was transported to the Emergency Room in serious condition and could not be interrogated
