Jun. 06, 1964 - Topless look comes to London - for a bet: With all the recent publicity given to the topless dreses and swimsuits that have been introduced in America, there has at last been an instance of one of the styles being worn in public in London. Last night showgirl Rae Southern was bet that she wouldn't wear one of the :front less dresses when she was taken out to dinner by a friend.
