Dec. 12, 1962 - Rome, 18th December 1962 - In the Studios of Dinscitt Capucine the beautiful former French mannequin, together with a cast of famous actors and actresses, is starring in the film, The Pink Panther and American production directed by Balks Edwards. Peter Sellers the English famous comic actor, David Niven, American Robert Wagner and our Young actress Claudia Cardinals are among among the selected cast of the film. Capucine whose beauty is famous all over the world, began her cinematographic career only two years ago, when she was noticed by a fashion cameraman who decided to make her a star. The Film tells the story of a diamond called the pink panther that arrives in Europe from India, through an Indian Princess (Cardinalo) and after a series of comic accidents ends in the Pocket of an Inspector of Police (Peter Sellers)
