1960-1969 Actor - Actress

Dec. 12, 1967 - Miss Czechoslovakia 1967 as Turgenyev's Gemma.: The flight of time of love, my blissful days, gone are they just like the spring waters that is the text of an old Russian song which is the leitmotif of the classic novel Spring Waters by I.S. Turgenyev. What a difference between these lyrical, romantic thoughts and the limelight and excitement of the recent Miss World contest in London. Miss Alzbeta Strkulova, Miss Czechoslovakia 1967, and the 6th down on the Miss World ladder had now exchanged all this agitation and turmoil for the screen. She has been cast for the part of Gemma, one of the two leading ladies in a screen adaptation of the novel, directed by Czechoslovak film director, Vaclav Kreka. Photo shows when Gemma (Alzbeta Strkulova) finds out that the man she loves, Sanin, has abandoned her for another woman, a selfish woman of the world, she seeks comfort with God
