1960-1969 Actor - Actress

Feb. 02, 1965 - Cancelled performance: The first performance of Arthur Miller's disputed play After the Fall, which was to be played in the Schiller Theater in Berlin, had to be cancelled. Eva Kerbler (EVA KERBLER - our picture), who should play Maggie (thus Marilyn Monroe) left Berlin on the 16th February. She is a member of the Habimah-Theatres in Isreal and she got a note from Tel Aviv, forbidding her to play on a German Stage. The leading of the Schiller-Theater in Berlin is not going to take any legal proceedings, because it doesn't want to bring the present political strained relations between the two countries to the stage
