Dec. 19 A Tonic for Dr. Kildare It only takes a glance to diagnose that Richard Chamberlain is at last breaking away from the clean-cut, short-haired, all American boy image of his Dr. Kildare series. His hair, once so neat now curls slightly on his collar the crisp white coat is replaced by Regency style clothes. The reason, Richard Chamberlain is playing in a six-part B.B.C.-2 television series, Portrait of a Lady with him in the series is pretty actress Suzanne Neve, who plays his girlfriend and though he not a doctor any more it won't be surprising if Suzanne pulse races a little.
