May 05, 1974 - Five Year Old Superstar in London. Pop star and actor Rodney Allen Rippy, who is superstar at the age of 5, arrived in London today from America. Rodney, son of an American Negro dustman, first shot to fame when he was three when he appeared in a TV hamburger commercial, and is expected to be a dollar millionaire before he is six. He is over here to appear on Yorkshire Television's Junior Showtime.
