Jan. 18, 1973 - New film with Horst Buchholz is made in Bendestorf near Hamburg: After more than 12 years Horst Buchholz is once again making a German film. At the moment the first takes of Henry Jaeger's comedy Johnny are being filmed in Bendestorf near Hamburg. Buchholz's many fans will enjoy seeing him in his role as the charming Jonny who has a great many amorous adventures. One of his partners is Ilona Bade (in our photo here with Buchholz) who was selected for the film Jonny from behind the shop counter where she worked in Hamburg as a salesgirl
