Director Michael Winner today announced that Gayle Hunnicutt has been signed for a leading role in his new film Scorpio which stars Burt Lancaster, Alain Delon, and Paul Schofield. Miss Hunnicutt will play the role of Susan - a secret agent who is romantically involved with the character played by Alain Delon. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Gayle Hunnicutt began her acting career in 1966 in the television play Mr. Roberts'. Within weeks she was a starring in motion picture and established herself as an actress of note in such films as New Face in Hell Eye of the Cat, Marlow, and Fragment of Fear in which she co-starred with her husband, David Hemmings Scorpio commences shooting in Washington D.C. on May 29th for two weeks, the other locations are England Vienna and Paris.
