Jun. 06, 1976 - Telly Savalas Says He was Libeled By Newspaper Article: Telly Savalas, who plays the tough Cop Kojak in the American TV Series, protested ion the High Court yesterday that he was libeled by a Bally Mail article that described him as a bit-part actor who not cope with his fame./He said the article, which claimed he could not do his job property because of his night club activities, did him a great disservice I objected because it represented everything Langhor in a humor.
