Ragala, Ceylon - Tragedy struck the tea growing district of Ragala, in Central Sri Lanka (Ceylon), recently when a plantation landslide occurred on Liddlesdale Tea Estate, completely covering a Cooperative store and burying alive 21 persons who were buying their weekly food rations at that time.
