Feb. 27, 1968 - 27.2.68 Girl Students Pancake Race in Aid of the Save the Children Fund 18 attractive girl undergraduates took part today, Shrove Tuesday, in a pancake race in London's Victoria Embankment Gardens. There were three contestants each from University College and Kings College, London, and the City (City of London), Kent, Reading and Sussex Universities. The race was held to raise money for The Save the Children Fund. Photo Shows: Patricia Ward, 20, wins the final for Reading University in Embankment Gardens today
