Aug. 08, 1959 - Abbe Lane takes a prep at Palace guards, promises not to touch them Lovely Abbe Lane and her husband Xavier Cugat the King of Latin American Rhythm went to watch the changing of the Guard at the Palace this morning following the rumpus earlier when a visitor is claimed to have annoyed one of the guards Abbe promised the policeman on duty that she would not touch the guard.
