Dec. 12, 1958 - Accident During Wyatt Earp Rehearsal for Variety Show. Opponent is Injured During Fight Scene. A rehearsal was held this afternoon at the Odeon Theatre, Tottenham Court Road, London, for the Western Variety show which opens on Boxing Day - starring Hugh O'Brian the TV Wyatt Earp'.. During the fight scene rehearsal O'Brian caught his opponent Jack Cooper (32) who fell and caught his face on the corner of a prop table.. Cooper was rushed to hospital - with possible concussion.
