Dec. 12, 1958 - Accident During Wyatt Earp Rehearsal for Variety Show. Opponent is Injured During Fight Scene. A rehearsal was held this afternoon at the Odeon Theatre, Tottenham Court Road, London, for the Western Variety show which opens on Boxing Day - starring Hugh O'Brian the TV Wyatt Earp'.. During the fight scene rehearsal O'Brian caught his opponent Jack Cooper (32) who fell and caught his face on the corner of a prop table.. Cooper was rushed to hospital - with possible concussion. Keystone Photo Shows: Two pictures - showing O'Brian (R) during the fight scene with Jack Cooper after which the latter hit his face on the table - another picture shows O'Brian in centre as he helps in the first aid on Cooper after the accident
