Mar. 03, 1953 - House blown up - but nobody hurt: An explosion occured in Unterkonnersreuth near Bayrou in the cellar of the workshop of the known racing motorist Fri Linhardt by which explosion the house fell. The debris were fly 200 meters far and the master-mechanic and his wife were thrown of their beds as far as 25 metres on the field without being harm except some confusion and scratches. The 5-months-old child was buried under the ruins but two beams protected it from bricks are stones so that it coul be rescued without being soverely hurt
