Jul. 13, 1954 - Vienna's outer streets under flood waters threat to Capitol from rising Danube: Flood waters have begun to submerge the outer streets of Vienna as the Danube level in the Capitol last night had reached 24 feet and was still rising. Many factories on the West Bank are isolated and the whole of the harbour installations are flooded. Photo shows Duckboards have been erected in the streets of Ybbs, a town on the Danube, 30 miles east of Linz
