Nov. 11, 1956 - Seven Die As Service Families Aricraft Crashed On Arrival AT Blackushe - From The Middle East. Seven People - including children died as result of the crash at Blackbushe, Hants - last night of a Service Families aircraft - as it arrived from the Middle East. The Hernes machine was approaching the airfield in fog - and crashed into a wood about one and a half miles away. Fifty six R.A.F. and army wives and thirteen other children were saved.
