Nov. 11, 1956 - Seven die as aircraft from Mid to east crashes at Blackbushe - Hants The burning wreckage: Sven people including children died as result of the crash at Blackbushe, Hants last night of a Service families aircraft as it arrived form the middle east. The Hormes airliner was approaching the airfield in fog and crashed in a wood about one and half miles away. Fifty six R.A.F and Army wives and thirteen other children were saved. Photo shows the wreckage of the aircraft blazes furiously after the crash near Blackbushe airfield last night
