Mar. 03, 1958 - Grave goods train accident between Nurnberg and Furth In the morning of March 11, 1958 a grave goods train accident was occurring between Nurnberg and Furth. The 4th wagon of a goods train, which back axle had been overheated, was taking up the railroads and was blocking the whole train. 27 wagons, loaded with food stuff, petrol and coal had been completely damaged. The distance for a few hundreds of yards only is a field of rubble, of wagons, of railroads, flour, petrol and coals. The tidying up works will last 3 to 4days
