Jan. 22, 1959 - Radar Towers Blown Up At Unused R.A.F. Station. Three of the four radar towers at the unused R.A.F. station at Boughton Hill, near Canterbury, Kant, were blown up today. Photo Shows: The radar tower which is to remain, is framed between the wreckage of the three demolished towers today
