Feb. 29 Man With A Child In His Arms Threatens To Jump From The Roof Of A Three-Storey Building: Fireman and police were called to Marchmont Street, Bloomsbury, this evening, when a man with a baby in his arms appeared on the roof of a three story building and threatened to throw himself and the child off. A crowd of several hundred people gathered below as Woman P.C. Margaret Clelland, who had been reasoning with the man, drew closer to him and grabbed the baby from his arms.
