Apr. 18 Terrible bomb explosion at Munich Oktoberfest': A terrible disaster happened at the famous Oktoberfest in Munich/West Germany in the evening of September 26th, 1980. About 22, 30 o'clock at the main exit of the Theresienwiese a delayed action cap, which has been depositioned in a waste-paper basket, explosed. Only some minutes after the terrible disaster all available fire brigades, ambulances, also police and different relief organizations have been in action. The disastrous result; 12 people (amongst them three children) were killed and about 140 persons have been injured partly serious. Photo shows first aid for injured people at the place of the explosion
