Jan. 01, 1964 - A Building Under Construction Collapses In Paris: 15 Dead Yesterday afternoon, a building under construction collapsed on the Boulevard Lefebvre, in the southern part of Paris. Masses of cement, iron and stones fell upon the men who were working on the building. The present toll is : 15 dead, 16 wounded and 4 to 10 lost men most certainly dead under the masses. Photo Shows: A 42-year old worker Lucien Desfarges, father of 9, is evacuated after 4 hours of efforts
