Oct. 30, 1969 - 20 Dies In Yugoslav Earthquake: 20 people were killed and, of than 400 injured when was earthquake devastated the central Yugoslavian town of Banja Luka. The earthquake, on Monday, was the climax of a series of 13 which shook central and north-eastern Yugoslavia starting on Sunday afternoon. Te death tell was kept down by fact that most of the inhabitants of the town spent the night and morning in the open.
