Nov. 01, 1971 - The Aftermath Of The Post Office Tower Explosion: Today the debris was being cleared away and clearing up operations were being carried out following a bomb blast yesterday which damaged three floors of the 620-feet high Post Office Tower. Photo shows Mr. Bill Ryland, chairman of the Post Office (centre) and mr. Edward Fennessy, Managing Director of Telecommunications, stand at the spot where the bomb was planted on the 31st floor
