1969 - Barry Ryan arrives back home after being badly burned in a studio accident in Munich: Pop singer Barry Ryan, who was seriously burned in a studio accident in Munich recently, was flown back to Britain today with his face, arms and hands swathed in bandages. Travelling with him was his mother, singer Marion Ryan, who went to Munich to visit him in Hospital. They were met at London Airport by Barry's twin brother Paul, at one time part of the brothers singing act, but who now writes songs. Photo shows Barry Ryan swathed in bandages is lifted from the aircraft on arrival at London Airport today
