Mar. 03, 1971 - Man killed in Motorway Bridge collapse : A workman was killed and 15 were hurt when a bridge spanning an uncompleted section of the A20 (m) motorway between coldharbour and wroth-am heath, Kent, collapsed yesterday. The bridge, on the Leybourne interchange, was one of 16 being built in a, 400, 000 contract for 6 1/2 miles of dual carriageway. About 20 men were on the bridge when the 116 ft center span began to sway.
