Aug. 08, 1973 - 42 die in the Isle of Man Fun Center Holiday Blaze: The death toll in the Isle of Man holiday blaze rose to 41 today and there are fears that the final figure would reach 50. Firemen continued their search of the ruins which had once been the £2 million Summerland fun center at Douglas, the island's capital.
