Dec. 16 19th Evangelical Church Day in Hamburg/West Germany. Under the motto Don't be afraid more than 130.000 participants have appeared to the numerous meetings in Hamburg. In the centre of the Church-Day there were questions of disarmament. More than 60, 000 demonstrators against the rearmament marched through the streets of the Hanseatic town under the motto Be afraid, the dead by atomic weapons is threatening all of us'.
