Feb. 25 Three killed and British wives hurt as Turks riot in Nicosia; At least three people were killed and many injured when 1, 000 Turkish Cypriot, shouting Partitico or Death in Nicosia early today. Six Britons were among the injured and two British Service wives were injured when their bus draws into an out of bounds area and was surrounded by the Turkish mob. Cars were set a light, and Greek Cypriots hurried into the streets to their night clothes to defend their property. The Turks had outside the Turkish Information office after it had been damaged by a bomb.
