Dec. 16 One-Day Strike Against Industrial Relations Bill: Thousands of workers were taking part in today's one-day strike in protest against the Industrial Relations Bill. There was a march from LTower Hill in London, to speakers Corner, Hyde Park, where a meeting was held, after which they went to lobby MP's at the House of Commons. Photo shows Mr. Kevin Halpin, chief Communist organiser of the strike, addressing the meeting in Hyde Park today
