Feb. 26 Newspaper Strike Hits New York City Again': New York, N.Y.: New York City braced itself for a fourth newspaper strike since 1962 as negotiation between the new World Journal Tribune, Inc. and the unions bogged down. At the N.Y. World Telegram and Sun building, 125 Barclay Street, pickets can be seen through the front door of the building as the New York Newspaper Guild start their picket line. The new, merged paper, the World Journal, will be printed in this building at 125 Barclay Street the old home of the N.Y. World Telegram and Sun
