Mar. 22 Navy chief : Admiral Nl Yue Si, commander in chief of the Republic of China's Navy, to which post he was appointed in June. 45-year -old si was military academy (illegible) and the captain of a torpedo boat from 1946-48. He retired to Formosa with the Nationalist Terdes to become chief of staff or the Navy Hqs. from 1950-52. He is married with one son
